great facilities but cleaning schedule could improve
The Japanese-style facilities in the room were excellent, especially the Onsen-style wet room which added a unique experience. The location near the metro made traveling around the city very convenient. I enjoyed exploring without hassle. The fine city view from my room added to my overall enjoyment.
I noticed that daily cleaning of the room was not provided, slightly disappointing.

Loved the proper clean rooms and the brekkie was a feast for the senses! The location’s a peach, right near the metro and loads of grub spots. Just wish they did daily cleanin’, though it weren’t a massive bother. Worth the dosh!

would not hesitate to return here.
The Standard Double Room had air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a tv. I loved the private bathroom with a shower and the unlimited bottled water supply. The staff were nice, always greeting you with smiles.

I stayed for 3 nights and the location was mint, heaps of eateries and close to the MRT. Daily cleaning would have been sweet as. Enjoyed the comfy room.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience! The breakfast buffet was delicious and convenient. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. , loved the tidy and spacious bathroom.
The rooms were a bit cramped for three people, and the lack of a closet was inconvenient. The cleaning initiative to save resources was admirable but meant that the toilet and shower area only got cleaned once every three days.

Our experience at this place was excellent from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was ideal, with plenty of good eateries within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of amenities like dry cleaning and laundry services. The room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a Japanese styled bathroom. this venue provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

We had an amazing weekend at a hotel with a great breakfast, helpful staff, and a prime location just a short walk from a tech district and the subway. the hotel was also very clean and included a laundromat, a bonus for weekend trips.
Although the hotel was generally great, there were a few small things we disliked. Our room was slightly cramped, especially for more than two people, and the cleaning schedule was sometimes confusing.
